Posted by G2 on 2/22/2006, 7:20 pm - I was there when FI revoked the cert on RISKY, and I, of all people, know exactly where she falls short of measurement. I'm not saying she can't be fixed, BUT a boat that is close to 20 years old, that has had multiple molds taken from her and was built to questionable dimensions to begin with, WILL have problems measuring. That is a FACT. - As far as ACME goes, and as far as I am concerned all debts are settled. Any money that may be owed for down payments on boats that were never built, storage, mold work, etc is worth having that project out of our lives. And if you were implying I was too much of a coward to sign my name to previous postings, well thats crap. Anyone that knows me, knows that I will tell everyone exactly what I think, before thinking through the potential outcome. In closing, I will say, you have some good gear that someone will appreciate and get a decent deal on. So sell your gear in peace and go on your way. But you need to be forthcoming with all the facts and not screw over anyone, new, or already part of this fleet. Enough is Enough, if you are interested in Henry's gear, great!. Good gear betters our fleet and your Fireballin' experience. If not, let's let this post die like so many others. Our little fleet can't take anymore. Cheers

I have been watching this whole thing go down with a huge smile on my face. And have taken a side-line until now, after a number of phone calls asking "Am I responsible for yet another internet practical joke", I can assure you I am not. And Henry, if you think I am the only one that knows the history of ACME and the truth behind everything, you are the one that is liable. So let me clarify a few things as GARY W. VAN TASSEL II.
