Finches know good and bad eggs, they may have pitched it because of defect or perhaps by mistake is a new clutch for a rookie... Nevertheless there are 2 eggs left, try candeling them or waith 4 more days and they should hatch...if not pitch them and remove nesting material for 1 month.. also make sure you are feeding proper diet if they are laying eggs...
