Help! I think my finch is about to die.

Just recently bought a tiny finch.It looks like a baby because it is weak, barely opens it's eyes. and the only thing she does is eat and sleep in the nest. However my other male(matured) finch seemed to peck at her.....and somehow she stays on the bottom of the cage and tries fly up to the nest but she can't.Please help me what I can do to help her asap.
