This is a very common thing with zebras.What happens is that the male wants to mate again with the hen and the only way is to rebuild the nest (covering the existing eggs). The best thing realy to do is take all nesting material away. Try keeping an eye on him. If the birds are kept in an avairy with other birds make sure that he doesnt take the nesting material from other nests. If this is still happening try removing him from the cage/avairy, but only do this if nothing else works as both zebras will sit and rear young.Hope this is of any help and good luck for the future.
