Zebra Finch with red bottom

I have a female finch and yesterday I noticed her whole is red and slighly bloody (not bad just a little) Today, I caught her to see what was wrong,,but couldnt figure it. She currently has 1 baby about 1 week old. Now the male is plucking her neck feathers. Please help me,, how can I help her. I have never seen this before
