Yes they are wonderfull with kids..I have 4 kids from the age of 11 months , 8 yrs , 10 yrs , 13 yrs old and I have three Filas and they are just wonderfull...
Here is a pic of my 11 month old with my male..They love spending time together in his bed...

Also I have Eshebeta blood in one of my dogs and I have no skin or health issues what so ever...I guess it all depends on what dogs come from her...
