outrageous shadow filas

hi Im getting a puppy from outrageous shadow filas and he is adorable. my family and I are getting great vibes from the woman and we were just wondering if anyone has gotten a puppy from them.I was also wondering if it is normal for them to give there puppy out at 10 weeks old.
