This is a pup from Hill Country Dogs bred by Patti Thomas Brown. I don't know anything about the parents so I really can't be of any help in this situation when it comes to why the pup is like this. I was hoping someone familiar with the parents could help this person and someone did step up and offer advice about the mother of this pup so maybe that will help.
