Mr. Paul shoo-its is the worst business person I have ever had the dis-pleasure of doing business. I got my Fila without papers, he said I'll have them to you in 2 weeks. Well its 2 1/2 yrs later still dont have them. My dog also had hip displaysa, paul said he'd send me a new pup, so I called to check on the litter that he had promised me a pup from and he sold all the dogs out of the litter before he gave me one to replace my pup. My dog only reached 85 lbs and was pleagued with all kinds of problems, including urinary incontinence, and a constant lack of appitite. A piece of her ear was missing when she showed up and her tail had been severly wounded and had a bad blood clot in the middle. Her temperment was horrible, she would let strangers touch and approach her. This man consistantly lied to me time after time about my papers, with excuses like "I just had eye surgery" he told me this for over a year. I tell everyone i know not to buy from this man, his business ethics are horrible. I would like to get this out to other people to keep them from making the same mistake i did, and I was wondering if there was anything you could do to help. If there was A place I could post this. I wrote the BBB in tennesse, but that didnt do any good. If there is anything I can do for anyone with questions email me. I had several health issues with him and still do find myself having to maintain him on supplements because the moment I stop the supplements he starts to break down, won't eat, has no energy and starts limping. Temperament is the farthest thing from my guys mind as he too is lacking it. To be honest the best thing you can do is post your experience on the boards and anyone interested in a Fila just make sure you let them know not to buy a fila from Shoo-its Mountain (Paul Shuetz). If you have a contract, emails, something stating what he guaranteed you then you can go ahead and maybe file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, and mail fraud if you have the cancelled checks, money order, credit card checks however it was you paid him. My understanding is that it is very hard to do anything but again post it where ever you think you can post and make sure to warn any others you know about him. Shoo-its Mountain is definately a BUYER BEWARE. Gwen These reports sound just like ours. Our Shoo-its pup is 6 years old, still no papers, and rife with temperament and health issues. As she is entirely unfit for breeding, I don't suppose that it matters that she has no papers at this point. Kim
