Although this is a bit late, as it is said, "better late than never".
I would like to thank all those who participated in the Michael Nakamura Bowl-a-thon that was held at Aiea Bowl on May 16, 2009.
It was a very enjoyable event and I'm sure everyone that participated had a lot of fun. Daniel Maetani showed why he could have joined the PBA with the high scores that he had. The bowlers on Team Dennis were: Eugene Pacopac, Janice Lee Kaneshiro, Dorothy Kihewa, Grace Izuka Lund, and yours truly. Team Wayne consisted of Wayne Nakasone, Daniel, Terry Taira, Raymond Lee Kwai, and Velma Pang Wong. Donations came from as far as Arizona by Chali Rodrigues Luhiau.
Thank you all for your participation/support, and maybe if called upon again next year we can have a bigger participation from more of you bowlers out there.
