If it's a C4 with the cantilever mount it's the one you want. The '66 and later C4 had a crossmember with a two bolt mounting, and you'd need the custom aftermarket mount for those.
The '65 had the same wheelbase as the '63, so as long as both have the small (7 or 7-1/4 inch) axle the '65 driveshaft should work. JL
