hi, you got a problem going on if a 3 row does not fit, either your water pump was replaced, and the flange was pressed on in the wrong location, or something like the fan is shimmed out with washers, check these things out...bill

: The radiator in my '62 Falcon wagon
: with the 170 engine will need to be
: replaced soon, so I decided to be
: proactive (for once) and buy a new
: one before a major problem
: developed. I went to Advance Auto
: Parts and ordered one but when it
: came, it had a three-row core. The
: original one has a two row core and
: a three row core will not work...the
: fan would rub on it.
:
: I checked several other places and
: found that all of them seem to sell
: a three row core for this car, even
: though it will not work. I did find
: a place that makes aluminum
: radiators that will work, but I'd
: like to use one that is like
: original equipment. Does anyone know
: of a source for a radiator of this
: type?
:
: Thanks in advance.
