Windshield removal question

How the heck does the windshield come out of a '63 Falcon? I've got the stainless trim removed from the outside...now what?

Tomorrow (the Friday after Thanksgiving) we're painting the dash, so it has to be out by then. I'm hoping some of you experts check the board after you've eaten your turkey and get back to me.
