TRY PARKING WITH THE REAR UPHILL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. IT WORKS BETTER THAT WAY BUT IT WILL STILL BE A PROBLEM. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH DROP FROM FILLER NECK TO TANK. TOM
: That is an inhered problem with the
: early Falcons. There is a vent tube
: that attaches to the top rear of the
: tank next to the filler neck. Make
: sure that is clean.
: Some have installed a filler inside
: of the trunk to solve the problem.
: That will be my fix when I can get
: to it.

: everytime i go to the gas station
: to
: fill up, i have to pump the gas
: really slow because the gas comes
: out. went to two mechanics and they
: checked out the line that goes to
: the fuel tank, and the vapor lines,
: and said that they arent block or
: anything, and not sure why im having
: these problems. everytime i fill
: up, its only to half tank, and they
: gauge isnt broken. When i pump gas,
: i hold it on an angle so the gas
: goes in.
: please help
