65 falcon gas pumping problem

everytime i go to the gas station to fill up, i have to pump the gas really slow because the gas comes out. went to two mechanics and they checked out the line that goes to the fuel tank, and the vapor lines, and said that they arent block or anything, and not sure why im having these problems. everytime i fill up, its only to half tank, and they gauge isnt broken. When i pump gas, i hold it on an angle so the gas goes in.
