loud exhaust

I put a dual exhaust with turbo mufflers on my 1963 Falcon Sprint Conv. (260 V/8)
I found them to be too loud so I put two regular mufflers on thinking that would make a difference. It is still too loud. Has any one got a muffler part number that would give me just a little throaty sound and not be load and drown out the radio? Maybe I am just getting too old. Any help would be appreciated>
