Rear-end swap

The original rear end on my 60 Ranchero is getting pretty sloppy. I just picked up a 4-lug rear from a '72 Maverick. is this a direct bolt in? Anything I need to worry about? I am ASSUMING the bolt pattern is the same? Thank you!
