Need some help with dash pad trim

I'm going to install some dash pad trim on my 63 Futura,but not put on the dash pad, it's just going to be for the cosmetic look of the extra chrome on the dash.the problem I have is I need to know the locations of the holes in the dash.it would be helpfull if any one has any knowledge of the starting point of the holes how many there are and how far apart the holes are from each other along with what size hole to drill.any help would be appreciated.
