paint,Ford red orange

1965 conv. w/200ci
I am redoing my engine original,it calls for Ford "red-orange" for the valve cover.The closest I can find localy is "YUK" Chevy orange. Is this color the same, close enough ?? The only way I'd use it is if I lied and said it was a Ford color and denied it was Chevy.
Maybe Chrysler orange-red ?
