Rustouts in the floor, rocker, torque boxes will cause the car to fold up in the center. Other areas prone to rust are the quarter panels, cowling, frame rails, just to list a few. DSO codes will tell you where the car was sent initially and in dry climates, you will not have as much issues with rust. don --Previous Message--

There are 2 convertibles on Phoenix craiglist right now. One is a 63 and the other is a 64. Prices are going to range greatly according to condition.
