John C. Anderson 1891 Somerset

I am looking for information about John C. Anderson former Police Chief of Somerset, KY in 1891. He seems to disappear from records in late 1892. Father, Bradley William Anderson; Mother, Sarah Anderson. John C. was born Feb. 10, 1861 and I do not know if he has descendants. Thanks!
