Hello Ms. Cook,
I just wanted you to know that the corner cabinet was finally authenticated as a Lincoln Corner Cupboard. Do you remember any family history on how the cabinet came down the Hoskinson family line? In my research, I have come to the conclusion that it came from her grandmother Mary Lincoln Crume. The other two siblings of Tom Lincoln received one as their wedding gift when they married in 1801 - same year Ralph Crume Jr. and Mary Lincoln were married. I assume your uncle gave you a picture of the Crume family reunion of 1915 or thereabouts. Do you have that? If not, I will get you a copy. If you have it, can you identify any of the Crumes other than the ones your family has already identified? I look forward to hearing from you. Tamara Smallwood
