In letters written by your grandfather during WWII, he mentions Pearl and George (Combs)? Our homeplace would have been to the right after you crossed the swinging bridge outside of Hazard. I was born there in December 1939. Some names sounded familiar, but my main historian, my father, passed away in 1996. He was William B. Combs and married Beulah Harman. I do have some older pictures, but not many. you may email me at this email address. Thanks and good luck. I am also searching our geneaology.
