Hi Allene, I had a copy of the Middlesboro Daily News from 1991 that had a picture of my grade school in it. I wanted to get the original packet from the paper and emailed the editor there. She forwarded my email to Mike Willard who is in charge of the archived issues I suppose. I emailed him at mwillard@heritagemicrofilm.com and he again contacted the paper and they're telling me now that they don't have the personnel to research my request but I would be more than welcome to come in and go thru their archives myself. Also they said I could research the library archives there in Middlesboro at newspaperarchive.com or I could subscribe to it at http://newspaperarchive.com. Maybe this can help in your search.
