Here is a link for the camps & projects in Kentucky. They say on the website -which is for the entire nation that "The information contained in these listings was taken from Strength Reports showing company location and date. Town names appear as they were spelled in the Strength Reports. Reports are available for one day each year as follows:
30 September 1933 ,30 June 1934, 30 June 1935, 30 June 1936, 30 June 1937,
30 June 1938, 11 December 1939, 30 June 1940, 31 October 1941
31 January 1942, and 31 July 1942
I also recently purchased a book by John A. Salmond entititled The Civilian Conservation Corps. 1933-1942: A New Deal Case Study. It is an investigation so not likely to be of any help, but I checked the index for any mention of Kentucky or Cumberland county with no luck.
