First train to Hazard

On the cover of the magazine is a picture of my grandmother and a friend were standing (each holding one of a set of twin girls), waiting to see the first train came into Hazard. We have lost the magazine and wish to purchase another copy,but we don't know yhe exact date of the publication. Can you help us?
