    I'd say Howe.

    Man United are like a more extravagant version of us. They bring in a new manager, buy players and put them in big contracts and then sack the manager and leave the next one with a load of players he doesn't want and nobody else can afford, and then they buy some more. The thing is, I think that there's a bit of a realisation there that this isn't the way to build long-term, and that they'll stick with Ten Haag into next season in a bid for stability and a bit of a build.

    With Newcastle, Eddie Howe set himself his own standard by qualifying for the Champions League. That's what the ownership wants and I can easily see him gone at the end of the season if Newcastle don't finish in the top 4. Fail to qualify for the Europa League and he's definitely out, I reckon.
