    I'm fully on the Dyche bus.

    I wanted him as manager from the shortlist of out of work managers we were speaking to.

    Was wary of his ability though.

    Given the pack shuffle thelwell managed over the summer I was confident we'd be ok. If not with him then with someone else.

    Have to say his calmness under pressure is the thing that's impressed me the most.

    In hindsight that kept us up last year and has seen us over a tough spell at the start of this one.
