But this could be the phase at which they have to be handcuffed to the Prem (for all the good it did for us), if both parties realise that they're alrrady sailing close to the edge.
They're about to submit figures up to last June, so only reflecting Yr1 of the three years cycle. But they're now approaching the mid-point of Yr2, and the midpoint of the whole cycle, which is not far short of the stage that we began to work with the Prem.
