    I think the PL have been a bit blindsided by the coverage.

    In the lead up to the verdict, the press was all about Everton having lost £300M and facing a 12 point deduction
    Nobody in the media was saying 12 points was ridiculous two weeks ago

    Once the 10 points was announced, suddenly everyone in the media is saying it is draconian and they’ll have to relegate city.

    I think they thought they’d get positive press for being tough and decisive.

    Now they’ve seen their collective arses
