    I work for the DWP on this side mate, as much as it's a ballache see it through with the tribunal, almost 100% of tribunal claims are awarded.

    The issue is not with the case workers or case managers it's the independent assessment providers, Capita etc. They're essentially box tickers sticking to quotas.

    Anyone going to an assessment provider, insist beforehand that you want the assessment recording and you want a copy of that recording as they're essentially truth twisters. The number of AP reports we see that bear no truth whatsoever to the claimants condition, is astounding.
