Yes it was and IIRC it was one of the earliest to have proper in game graphics.
The Premier Managers were actually very good, though the problem with them was there was a ‘knack’ to them. I absolutely loved, for example, Premier Manager 3, but you had to read the txt file that basically told you who to play and where to stand a chance at the beginning.
