I just went and looked at the paperwork from the Nicholas website and I really don't understand why as far back as March 23rd that money was given to Jeff via a cashiers check for a total of $10,000 and then again July 31st for 22,000. Why were they given so much money that far in advance because there wasn't going to be any expenses for a ramp. Sounds like the foundation was taken and if Robbie doesn't show up at the next show that there will be a law suit. Wow this is going to be very interesting. As for the refunds I can almost guarantee the money is already gone and so a refund is out of the question for those who want one. I don't see this turning out well at all. I hope Robbie isn't the one that gets screwed out of all of this. I don't imagine that the foundation is all too happy with all of this being dropped in rhere laps because some people haven't or can't get a refund. As a the phone number being out of service you all know why that happened. The phone calls to Jeff were probably getting out of hand because of all of this. What a mess.
