: i spoke with someone at the nicholas legacy
: fund. they informed me that big sky
: promotions has been paid over 30 thousand
: dollars in installments and the balance was
: to be paid the day of the event. they said
: they will be posting on their website copies
: of all payments. they also told me that
: robbie crashed a week before the event and
: probably couldnt phsyically do the jump.
: they told me that big sky promotions tried
: to break the contract by forcing the charity
: to pay robbies fees 48 hours before the
: jump, something they knew wasnt possible.
: the charity was counting on paying him out
: of the ticket sales the day of the event.
: they also told me that robbies managers
: could not be reached to discuss the matter.
: i myself tried to contact jeff lowe but his
: business phone number is disconnected. i
: also checked his federal tax number that he
: gave to the charity. it is fraudulent. i
: went to a motorcycle run the charity ran
: last year and everything went fine. robbie
: led the run himself. i spoke to dave, the
: president of the charity he told me that he
: and his family have personally put up most
: of the money for both events and he is
: trying to get the money back so he can pay
: back the people who spent their hardearned
: money for this jump. as far as contacting
: jeff lowe i will be doing that in the near
: future.
:
:
: in my previous post i failed to mention that when big sky tried to break the contract they also raised the fee by 10 thousand dollars. this event was going to help some very deserving people but apparently big sky promotions was more concerned about taking as much of the revenue generated by the event as they could get their hands on
