Right on there website it clearly states this

It also clearly says if you can not attend the rescheduled event you will YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. So i would say to you Mike print that out and if they still say no refund then they are trying to pull a fast one. And that Robbie and his people ARE NOT THE ONES TO BLAME..See what alittle research can do for you..if i were you i would wait until the event in the spring. Because if you do "You Will Receive A Level I VIP Pass To Show Our Appreciation. ..Not a bad way to say there sorry and thanks for understanding in my view..
Also after seeing the poster for the event i remember seeing them selling tickets for this event on e-bay..
