I saw the add for that event and that it had been canceled with no explanation as to why. There have been problems in the past where they agreed to pay Rob money for the jump and then not paid him for it. The Jacksonville jump is one example where he delayed the jump because the event didn't want to pay him before the jump and they didn't pay any of the other bill to the vendors there either. It happens but I would say that it would fall on the event oganizer to reimburse you since you paid them for the tickets I'm guessing.
