Hi. I did a facial on a new client recently who is really concerned w/large pores and craters on her face. Oily skin w/very clogged pores. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what treatments I can do or recommend to help this situation. Will microderm or series of chemical peels help? She's currently using Clinique. So far I advised her to get on a better regimen with more gentle products and to add an exfoliant in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
