her body temp can be slightly to cold or it is the strips. to warm up the wax and have the strip adhear properly, rub your hand firmly and and swiftly over the strip for a brief period and it should come up. also make sure you are using a soft strip wax not a strip less wax on accident>>>>sometimes certain brands of the non woven strips can be defect and not adhear well to certain waxes....
