Hyperpigmented eyelid

I have a client with dry, dehydrated mature skin. She has hyperpigmentation on one check that is mottled. One eyelid is evenly brown (looks like a nice application of eye shadow). It has been that way since her daughter got married about 5 years ago. Did an enzyme peel with glycolic and sent her home with glycolic and Crystal C. Any thoughts on improving the color of her eyelid would be appreciated.
