Don'/t be afraid it is powered down you cannot over do it, perhaps gavanic takes forever because your equiptment is powered so low.
I have always asked for the miliamps and cannot get an answer.
Also it is NOT a ground it is the indifferent electrod.
High Frequency--if you are feeling zapped perhaps you are not grouonded have some one look at your electical outlets.
I actually found that the ground wire had not been attached in my office. Good equiptment is grounded on the inside any way.
If you are grounded and you feel zaped well it ir freqency and it does have an energy field about it. turn it down. turn it up as you go.
