I think Galvanic is the fastest way to penetrate product, but ultra-sonic is everybit as good.. but doesn't leave that metallic taste in your mouth.
I kind of don't really like the idea of an electrical current coursing through my body, but that's estentially what it does. You have more precautions with galvanic, but still it's relatively safe.
I have a preference for Ultrasonic. I've used both. I don't have experience eough to render an opinion on LED, but would be willing to work with it.
