While on the subject of galvanic and high frequency, I would love to hear what equipment most of you use. I have the skin 4 life unit and it's a fine a piece of equipment, but I have to say that I hardly use my galvanic because I find it to be so time consuming. I also get "electrophobic" with both gal. and hf. Sometimes I swear my hf sends electricity through my hand!! I love the concepts of both and took a great class at IDI, but I guess I fear them a little due the current and wish my galvanic was easier!
