latisse is a prescription a controled substance through MD or pharmacy only.
Using Rogaine on the brows would be off lable I don't know consequences of getting it in eyes. I used it as directed on my scalp around the crown only and my face broke out. yes, the pillow and cells of the body can transfer product.
