a disencrustation solution is baking soda mixed with water. Dermalogica has one also, but what you're trying to accomplish is to get the skin in an alkaline state ideal for extractions.. i mentioned above glycolic acid as a suitable alternative that works wonderfully. Follow the steps and no more tears.
