Yeast infection of the skin? silly me, over the counter lotramin. Sweating it out of pores? usually grows in moist sweaty areas.
I stand by the vinegar. And it can do no harm.
If the MD didn't suggest lotramin--he isn't much of an MD.
I would be careful of irritation to avoid a secondary bacterial infection.
