I have a client I have been seeing for about a year. She is on the Cham line. About 4 months ago she started getting white blotches on her arms and neck and face. Then they started turning red. I sent her to a derm and he said she has a yeast infection of the pores and needed to do more exercise to sweat it out. A week ago she came in for a facial and her whole face is dry/ crusty and flaking... and extremely itchy. Prior to seeing me she had used the st ives apricot scrub for 4 years. morning and night. My question is... do I have her on the wrong line. She is very reactive and has barely any visible pores. I am worried about switching her to the vita line, with not knowing what where her skin is at right now... any advice?
