Thank you so much for your advice. The algae mask is an exfoliant and typically loosens everything up for me. I don't have any disincrustation solution and not sure how to use my galvanic machine. (They only showed us once is school and that was 2 years ago.)
I did send him home with PHYTO 5 Earth products to help with the blemishes.
I used enough pressure and then realized they were't coming out. I would move to the next, but he was so shocked by the whole process.
