Rachel, I'm not sure what skin care you use but I would use the cleansing oils, then enzyme under steam, disincrustation before extractions, neg galvanic & then extract only what will come out. After pos galvanic & then massage. Home care is important, depending on thickness of skin exfoliation will help. Routine facials. Remember sometimes with congestion you get a purge of breakout. That is normal, make sure he has blemish control in case.
