Ok, so like Lori said, Cleansing Oil is one of the best things to help and then exfoliation and extract. Sometimes they don't come out right away. If you attempt 5 times and nothing comes it's just not ready yet. Use the extractor as a stablizer and push the skin into it instead of using the holes and pushing down, to prevent damaging the skin around the impaction.
