Oh good so glad your skin is calmer!
Milia and Closed comedone are the smae thing - its a Black head or open comedone that are different, it is exposed to the air and oxidizes cause it to turn black. Closed comodones are not exposed to air so appear white or can have the texture of rice. EXFOLIATE - do not try and pick them out! you can scar your face.. I know I know its fun to pick!! but if you truley want to have nice skin dont pick!
